By downloading or using Lorimitir ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and contributors of content.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Lorimitir (or 16 in applicable jurisdictions). By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
You agree not to use Lorimitir to:
Lorimitir allows users to post text, photos, and videos ("Content"). You retain ownership of the Content you create. By posting Content, you grant Lorimitir a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that Content within the App and in connection with our services.
You are solely responsible for the Content you post. You represent that you have all necessary rights to share the Content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms or that we deem harmful to the community, without notice.
All elements of the App — including the name "Lorimitir," its design, logo, software, and original content — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.
The App surfaces content from third-party platforms including TikTok. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or appropriateness. Your interactions with third-party platforms are governed by their own terms and policies.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Venue information, hours, and crowd activity displayed in the App are user-generated or sourced from third parties. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of this information. Always verify directly with the venue before making plans.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lorimitir and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the App. This includes damages for loss of data, personal injury, or any harm resulting from content posted by other users.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
